Art Cart

Readers, I made this drawing for a Visual Resources related blog post, but I thought I'd share it here, as well. Yet another moment where it felt nice not to dread drawing--digitally or otherwise!

If you are gonna make a dumb comment at least offer to help. OR At least he didn't say, "There's an app for that."

Howdy, Dear Readers,

Scroll down for today's comic, but first, I'm excited to announce two new items in my etsy shop! Two beaded cross necklaces! Check 'em out!

The Theodosia:

The Constantia

And on to the comic!

There is no spoon? There is no truth? There is no dead dog? OR Hey, you know what's really depressing? Dead animals!

Thanks for the stimulating chat, Miss J!

This week continues the series I lovingly refer to as “Shorter Sketchbook Lael's Moving Real Soon Comics.”

Thanks for your support,
LJE

Instead of a “share” button, there should be a “WTF” button...

Hiatus News: Looks like my tech problems are close to solved, but my back is still iffy. I'll try to keep updating regularly...we'll see how it goes! Thanks for your support, everyone!

Don't forget! Some medieval-y postcards would be awesome as holiday gifts! Check out my etsy shop where the coupon code 2014Holidays (guess I'm really excited about the New Year?) will get you 20% off from now until the end of the year!

Man, I woke up so full of elitist BS today, I had to go to a bad chain restaurant to wash it all away...(Translation: I love sounding smart and eating bacon cheddar fries.)

Don't forget to check out my new etsy store

Notes:

Sketch comic this week…had an urge to draw with this fun set of colored pencils I got recently!

Disclaimer: As usual, I took license with my medieval drawings, and some of the inaccuracies are intentional to make a point. Just in case there is anyone out there who is super worried!

Join us as Dr. Lael, the Love Doctor, discusses Ex-students and Ex-boyfriends...

Disclaimer: This comic is much more fictional that my standard "love and dating" comics, ie. I am not talking about you. Don't get your scarf in a twist. ;-)

But would I know it if I saw it?

I AM working on getting a new website to improve image quality, but for the time being, please follow these instructions to view the enlarged image!

For Firefox, click on the image. Right click. Select "view image." Click again to enlarge. For Chrome, click on the image. Right click. Select "open image in new tab." Click again to enlarge. For Internet Explorer, right click. Select "open link." Right click. Hover down to the lower right of the image--an orange box should appear. Click on the box to enlarge.

Thanks so much for your patience! Please let me know if you still can't view the comic. As long as I can see it, I assume that you can, too!

I just hope it’s not a thousand piecer…AND Check out the baby bib I made today!

Today's comic first, but please scroll down to see the baby bib I made at a baby shower today. It was fun--everyone had fabric markers and blank onesies and bibs! I'm hoping mine will encourage the young lady to love medieval art...er, my vague nod to medieval art!

Note: The comic not loading properly? Try Firefox! Also, you may have to click on the image, then right click to select "view image." Then, click again to get the larger image!
